Reset your nervous system with Jessica during a 90-minute healing experience with reiki-infused yin yoga and yoga nidra for deep relaxation. This class will provide you the opportunity to peel back the layers of stress and go deep within yourself, physically and emotionally. 

What to expect:
-A one-hour yin yoga practice
-Receive reiki, an ancient energy healing therapy, while resting in the yin poses
-A 30-minute guided yoga nidra practice

What is yin yoga?
Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional chinese medicine, in which the postures are designed to be held for a minimum of three minutes. The idea is to soften and relax completely so the release goes beyond the muscle and helps to bring balance, circulation and pliability to fascia and connective tissues. 

What is Reiki?
Reiki is universal life force energy. I have been trained and attuned to be a channel for this energy. You might feel warmth or light touch as I scan your energy centers for blockages. It is deeply relaxing, healing and supportive for every level of your being.


What is yoga nidra?
Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. The practice aims to keep the practitioner awake and aware, while extremely close to the boundary of sleep. As the practitioner falls into a deep, blissful state, they can experience conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind. It holds benefits for those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, anxiety and burn-out.
