Yoga Lab is a yoga studio in the traditional sense in that we practice yoga here rather than a wide variety of fitness offerings. Many students are decades long yoga practitioners and come to classes regularly, several times a week.  Even so, we offer a light-hearted, fun and practical approach to yoga.

We offer classes of every level and are committed to helping students create a firm foundation before moving into the advanced offerings, if that is their goal. Our goal is to help students awaken a vibrant and subtle dialogue with their bodies to better understand when their body is ready to leap forward or whenn it is craving rest. 

All of our teachers are excellent and thoroughly vetted by Sorsha. Come to any class with the assurance that your teacher is qualified, caring and thrilled to be a part of your individual yoga journey.
