Alysa Montagne

Alysa is a dedicated and compassionate yoga instructor, bringing the transformative power of yoga to seekers of inner joy and mindfulness. Her teaching style is influenced by her trainings through Baptiste Power Yoga and focuses on inclusivity, offering variations to make a powerful yoga class accessible to all levels and bodies. Alysa’s teaching style is warm and inclusive, creating a safe and nurturing space for students of all levels to explore their practice. She has her 200 through Herizen Yoga for Women. 

She believes that the breath is the bridge to the present moment, and through mindful alignment and intentional breathwork, she helps her students tap into their inner calm and self love. Alysa’s classes are designed to cultivate mindfulness and body awareness.

Alysa is also an artist and art educator, a loving dog-mom, and is building/renovating a house with her husband!
